At Aurelia Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy, we believe that athletic excellence should never come at the expense of a child’s physical or emotional well-being.
Our approach combines technical development, artistry, movement education, and age-appropriate training to help every athlete grow with confidence and respect for their body.
Whether your child is exploring rhythmic gymnastics for the first time or pursuing a competitive pathway, our goal is long-term development rather than short-term results.
Athlete safety, respect, and healthy coach-athlete relationships are the foundation of everything we do.
Training is designed around age-appropriate progressions rather than rushing skills.
Strong fundamentals create confident athletes.
Movement quality, musicality, creativity, and confidence are developed alongside physical skills.
Athletes learn how to move intelligently and safely.
Respect, communication, and encouragement are prioritized every day.
Our classes are designed for young athletes who want safe corrections and a more intelligent approach to movement.
Each class is limited so I can guide every participant with care and precision.

Aurelia Families
Every child deserves to feel safe, confident, respected, and inspired. These words come from families and professionals who have experienced Coach Alla’s approach to youth development, performance, and rhythmic gymnastics.
After the party, I asked Sophia what her favorite part of the day was. Without hesitation, she said, ‘Number one was having Coach Alla. Number two was the dance" She also asked me to frame the note Coach Alla wrote for her because she wants to keep it forever. We feel so lucky to have Coach Alla in our lives. She has such a special gift for making children feel confident, inspired, and loved.
— Sophia’s Family
“Last night’s performance was a big success. The children were so happy and excited. Thank you for all your hard work preparing them and for everything you have done to help them grow in confidence and skill.”
Young Athlete’s Parent
“More than the results, I keep thinking about how much of this journey began with you. The way she moves, her love for the sport, and her resilience—so much of that comes from your coaching and the care you gave her early on.”
Parent of a State Champion
“Perfection is wonderful, but what matters even more is learning how to recover from mistakes and move forward. That is a valuable mindset not only for gymnastics, but for life.”
Young Athlete’s Parent
“She came home so excited because she caught her hoop toss. She could not stop talking about it. Thank you for making training both productive and joyful.”
